La ponente será Adriana Real, profesora de inglés desde 1990 en diferentes contextos, desde escuelas bilingúes hasta empresas. Tiene un diploma de TEFL de la universidad de Reading, RSA COTE y un master en innovación y formación de profesores.

Aims of the seminar:
- To provide an opportunity for participants to discuss professional development
- To introduce the Cambridge English Teaching Framework which describes different levels of teachers’ development and expertise.
- To introduce the Teacher Development Tracker which helps teachers analyse their current position and professional development needs.
- To discuss ways of preparing a professional development plan for individual teachers or groups of teachers.
- To suggest some ideas for resources teachers can use for professional development.

Registration Procedure: Teachers wishing to attend must first register individually on the Cambridge English Teacher Training website: http://www.cambridgeenglishteachertraining.org/my-account/. They can then select the seminar from the list in the Seminars & Events section and sign up to attend. Certificates of attendance will only be provided for teachers who have registered and attended on the day. The closing for registration is 21/02/2018.
